DMZ Airsoft Field
I was curious if DMZ Field is any good and if its worth it to drive all the way up there?

Re: DMZ Airsoft Field
I have heard that it's not the best field out there; strange location, unclear rules, mostly just little kiddies trying to recreate the newest COD game.
That being said, I still haven't been myself and I think it would still be worth playing at first hand so I can get my own impression of it

Re: DMZ Airsoft Field
Ive never been there either (DMZ).
There is this place called Black Lotus Combat Range that might be worth checking out

But I have not been there yet either.
I will probably be going sometime within the next few weeks, I will create an event for it when I do.

I would be down for that! Only thing I saw was some of the rules are weird. No FPS limit, no bang rule (use caution when firing close) Blind firing is permitted (just no full auto) and finally, don't shoot at neighbors house.......... think those are strange but its worth a try.
Other than that looks like a cool place to play airsoft at!

Looks like its someones private property that they let people play at. If they're not an actual company or organization, there can be a lot of liability issues playing at a place like that if there's a problem

I went to the DMZ a few weeks ago for the first time and i had some. There was a mix of kids and G.I.s there. At first it was slow going then after about 12-1230 the games kicked up even more. I enjoyed it myself. Some of the Black Lotus people play there as well.

I would actually get there around 11-1130, because you have to sign a liability form which is a one time thing. Also if you're new the take you on a tour of the fields and explain all the rules to you. The tour may take longer depending on if they have a full staff or not that day. When I went the was apperently a bad accident on the highway and there only 3 staff members there to register, chrono, and get people rentals if needed.

Re: DMZ Airsoft Field
Does DMZ have a website that one of you can post up. This would provide easier access to information such as directions, fees, rules, requirements, etc.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Here's the website.

The rules don't mention that there is no blind firing allowed is heavly enforced.
