What brand is your M4 again? If it accepts TM type mags, then this one may or may not have an issue, but it should work. I can help you fit it if it doesn't seat properly, but I don't think it will be an issue so long as your M4 takes TM compatible mags.

As long is it is an AEG, and not a GBB, then yes you should be ok. D-Boyi AEG mags are compatible with M4, M16, L85, and SCAR models.
A drum Mag?
Can I use a m4 drum mag or are only SAW gunners allowed to use them? I have one drum mag that fits my m4 and it has capacity for 5000 rounds. or our max 500 round?

If your are referring to rules for Operation Throwdown, this would be your answer:
Drum mag's may be permitted depending on how many (if any) machine gunners your team has. Never hurts to bring it, but if there are several SAW gunners it would not be allowed.
SAW gunners, or machine gunners (which carrying a drum/box would classify as) can use those mags, otherwise the limitation is 500 rounds.
