Unarmed VIP Escort

Players:
Escort Team: 4 to 10
Intercept Team: Any
VIP: 1

Game Play:
Escort team provided with checkpoint information. Must start at first checkpoint.
Intercept team may position randomly. Checkpoint is unknown to Intercept Team.

Escort an unarmed VIP from one checkpoint to another.
VIP may take a weapon of a downed Escort Team Member

Intercept team: Prevent VIP from reaching checkpoint within time limit.
If VIP is killed, scenario is over.

This can be an interesting scenario to introduce a Traitor.

This sounds like a lot of fun. My only real thought would be around the VIP acquiring a weapon. Many players get a little nervous when anyone else uses their equipment. Perhaps an alternative would be to allow the VIP to carry their own weapon and not use it until one of their escort goes down. As long as the VIP is clearly identified, this should be easy to accomplish.

Any medic aspect to this? What about re-spawn? If we are talking 20 min game then no re-spawn. To kill VIP must a shot be a head shot or any other special requirements? If this was kept all standard and mid-cap without restrictions on VIP's escorts staying within his proximity this could be very interesting.
