Packing Smoke / Pyro

Post by Twitch on March 2nd 2018, 08:27

It's still way too early to tell what the weather is going to do for the trip out/back or while we are there.  Those who have done these trips know we typically see rain during the drive, or rain while on site.

When you're packing things like smoke or pyro, make sure to have them in a sealed bag or contained with some silcia gel bags, or some other desiccant packed with them.  In the event that moisture gets into the area they are housed in this will help preserve them.

Vacuum sealing that stuff may be a viable option as well (for the trip out), but have another method available for unused pieces coming home with us.

If you have other clever ideas on preserving these from potential weather, please post them up.
